Our client, a stable Midwest based Property and Casualty carrier, is seeking a Multi-Line Claims Supervisor to lead a group of inside and field Adjusters. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and direct the adjustment of claims by staff and independent claim representatives on claims in the assigned authority. This includes initial directions, coverage analysis, review of work product and general technical expertise as required based on the complexity of the claim, and the experience of the claim representative.
* Assist in interviewing applicants and execute disciplinary actions when necessary.
* Monitor and direct experts and attorneys as required based on the complexity of the loss and/or legal proceedings.

Requirements: Five years minimum experience in claims. Some claims leadership and field experience preferred. College degree preferred, along with AIC, SCLA or other industry education.
