A+ rated Alternative Risk Carrier is currently seeking a Regional Underwriting Manager to join its underwriting operations at its home office. Accountable to the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting, the position is responsible for underwriting self insured excess workers compensation accounts with an established base of independent brokers and agents; managing underwriting results within an assigned region to meet or exceed production goals; embracing a multi-disciplinary, team approach.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years underwriting experience in Workers Compensation. Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
