Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring the strategic direction and operation plans relating to Claims Operations. Claims Operations includes the management of claims processing, claims adjudication, establishing and maintaining reserve policy and process, medical bill review, cost containment processes, claims training, managed care, third party recovery and customer service. Position is directly responsible for the regional and national loss ratio results.
